RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All SPHERE Systems products are digital downloads. Once purchased, the file is delivered instantly via email and available for download from your order confirmation. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are technically final.

 

That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is our actual policy:

 

14-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

 

If within 14 days of purchase you decide RESET is not for you, email us at hello@livewithsphere.com with your order number and a one-line reason. We will issue a full refund, no questions asked. You may keep the file.

 

We ask this not as a legal requirement but because:

 

• We want only people who get value from RESET to keep their money in our store

• We trust you to be honest about whether the workbook fits your life

• A refund request is useful product feedback for us

 

AFTER 14 DAYS

 

Refunds after 14 days are reviewed case-by-case. Reach out if something has gone wrong.

 

FILE DELIVERY ISSUES

 

If you did not receive your download email, or the file will not open, email us. We will resend the link or send a fresh copy of the file. This is not a refund situation — we will fix the delivery.

 

DUPLICATE PURCHASES

 

If you accidentally purchased RESET twice, email us with both order numbers. We will refund the duplicate immediately.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Processing time: refunds are issued within 3 business days and appear on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
